About the Role
As a Beauty Consultant at Nora Cosmetics, you'll be at the heart of our brand — connecting with customers, sharing your passion for beauty, and helping women across Botswana discover their best selves. You'll work in our flagship Gaborone store, surrounded by a supportive team that believes beauty is empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with personalised beauty consultations
- Demonstrate and sell Nora Cosmetics products
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with beauty trends
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure the store is beautifully presented at all times
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- BGCSE or equivalent qualification
