About the Role
Nora Cosmetics is looking for a skilled Makeup Artist and Trainer to lead our Glam Academy in-store experience. You'll run beauty workshops, train our consultants on application techniques, and be a go-to expert for customers seeking elevated looks. You're both an artist and a teacher — passionate about empowering others through beauty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store makeup workshops and masterclasses
- Train new Beauty Consultants on product application techniques
- Create looks for brand campaigns and social content
- Provide expert makeup consultations to premium clients
- Stay current with global beauty trends and adapt them for the local market
- Support the Glam Academy content calendar
What We’re Looking For
- Formal makeup artistry qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years professional makeup experience
- Experience in a training or mentoring role is an advantage
- Strong portfolio across a diverse range of skin tones
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
