About the Role
We're looking for a creative, culturally-tuned content creator to grow the Nora Cosmetics digital presence. You understand the Botswana beauty community, you can turn a product launch into a moment, and you love the intersection of luxury aesthetics and authentic storytelling. You'll work closely with our founders and marketing team to build content that resonates.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
- Write compelling captions and community-first copy
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments
- Collaborate on campaign briefs and product launches
- Track performance metrics and report monthly insights
What We’re Looking For
- Proven social media portfolio (Instagram or TikTok)
- Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Strong eye for luxury aesthetics and brand consistency
- Understanding of the Botswana market and culture
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
