Store Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, passionate Store Manager to lead our Railpark Mall flagship store. You'll be responsible for the full in-store experience — from team leadership and visual merchandising to sales strategy and customer satisfaction. You're a natural leader who leads by example and believes that beauty is more than just products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve targets
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure the store delivers a luxury brand experience at all times
• Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism
• Report weekly to the Area Manager on store performance

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail preferred
• Degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent
• Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
